Job Responsibilities
Manage complex diaries, including meetings, conference calls, and events. Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure compliance with T&E policies. Handle client interactions and coordinate departmental activities. Collaborate with support groups and key stakeholders across the business. Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation. Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks. Integrate into the business, understanding priorities and expectations. Partner with assistants across the organization for coverage. Proven experience in professional client handling and relationship building. Full competency in diary management with sound judgment. Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal.
