Summary: The Business Associate Analyst Intern is responsible for supporting a wide range of business initiatives, including research, data analysis, and strategic reporting. This role involves working across various departments to gather and analyze information, develop executive presentations, and provide insights for key business decisions. A key component of this role will involve research and providing recommendations on AI-related corporate responsibility practices.

Conduct research and data analysis on a variety of business topics, with a specific focus on AI corporate responsibility, ethics, and industry trends.Develop reports, presentations, and written communications to inform senior leadership and assist with decision-making.Collaborate with different departments to gather data, align project objectives, and ensure effective cross-functional coordination.Analyze business trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement, including within the AI space.Provide insights on how AI technologies can be ethically integrated into business practices, focusing on corporate responsibility, transparency, and accountability.Assist in the design and development of presentations, reports, and other materials for executives, especially related to AI ethics.Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, currently pursuing a BS/BA or MS/MA degree in Education, Business, Communication, Marketing Policy degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on AI ethics and corporate responsibility.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.Observational and listening skillsSelf-motivatedAbility to clear required background checkCertificates and Licenses: None required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the hourly pay to be $13.35 to $25.08. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
