Deep understanding of automation principles and best practices. + **AI Proficiency (Intermediate+):** Solid understanding of AI concepts, applications, and tools, with practical experience in leveraging AI for problem-solving. + **Make Familiarity:** Proficiency with the **Make platform** (or similar automation tools) and the ability to quickly learn new platforms. + **Experience with Enterprise systems** , like Workday or Greenhouse.
