Job Description

The Business Central Process and Reporting Analyst role is responsible for supporting and maintaining MS D365 Business Central to meet the specific requirements of the organisation. This role will lead Business Central process improvements, implementation and integration and will play a critical role in the successful deployment and ongoing support of the system.

You MUST HAVE working knowledge in Business Central and a background in Power BI.

The successful candidate must also be able to travel between our 2 locations in Denver, PA and Rochester, NY and should reside within travel distance of one of those locations.

Role & Responsibilities

* Consult with end users and team members to identify and understand any existing problems and opportunities to improve the Business Central environment.
* Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Business Central processes, functionality, data, and integration.
* Central processes, functionality, data, and integration's.
Document current processes including requirements, specifications, or integration's to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the current environment and interactions with other systems.
* Develop and implement process improvements for existing MS Business Central functions.
* Provide training and support to team members on Business Central functions and processes.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Develop and execute unit tests to validate the accuracy and integrity of reports and dashboards.
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements and new features in MS Business Central, incorporating relevant knowledge into daily operations.
* Adhere to and ensure compliance with all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Follow the official policy for Good Manufacturing Practices as required in the Medical Device Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
* Provide feedback and pro-active communication to supervisor, management, and co-workers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Process administrative matters without problems to maintain up to date records.

Skills & Qualifications

* Four years work experience in Business Central systems support and report development.
* Understanding and knowledge of data structures, data entities and data models.
* Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps, Logic apps, etc.
* Financial/Accounting, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain Knowledge
* Experience within the medical device industry.
