Business Change AdvisorLocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
Responsible for assisting the management within the business unit and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels and balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results. This position is focus on the full end-end support of enrollment applications and related documents.
How you will make an impact:
Helps build and support the company's change network.
Communicates information from a variety of sources through newsletters, dashboards and presentations.
Promotes benefits of function within region as well as throughout the company.
Collects and triage ongoing changes from mandates, projects, etc that affect the enrollment applications to implement updates.
Utilizes Sharepoint for intake, status tracking and notifications, as well as, storage of official documents.
Utilizes Adobe Indesign to create and update enrollment apps and relevant variations.
Participate in audits, prepare status reports, adhoc reports as requested.
Identify and implement ongoing process improvements and automation enhancements.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 2 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Experience and knowledge in healthcare industry strongly preferred.
Proficient in Sharepoint and Adobe Indesign highly preferred.
Experience in business strategy, project execution, project management, and process improvement with high level of execution focus strongly preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.
Proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals strongly preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, strong executive presence with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties highly preferred.
Proficient of Microsoft Office products, most notably in PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word strongly preferred.
