Responsibilities:
Define change plans and strategies in partnership with various teams to ensure acceptance and embedding of change efforts.Provide expert input on the potential impact of change to business processes, ways of working, and systems compatibility, as well as evaluate risk factors.Ensure all necessary supporting documentation for change implementation is fulfilled.Determine opportunities for process and performance improvement through change impact assessment and agile reviews.Design change approach using human-centred design principles and agile principles.Determine the business impact and return on investment of change solutions by ensuring full adoption by employees.Implement change embedding and sustainability activities to ensure full acceptance and embrace of change in ways of working.Develop change management strategies aligned to the project lifecycle.Conduct regular change readiness assessments and develop impact assessments considering people, process, system, and financial impacts.Work Experience:
Necessary Work Experience includes:
Moderate relevant experience.Preferred Work Experience includes:
Extensive experience managing planning and change functions, including CMOs.Demonstrable ability in managing internal and external stakeholders with conflicting demands and understanding the commercial/financial implications and business impact of alternative People solutions.Experience in the use of tools and techniques to facilitate effective change adoption.Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.Significant experience supporting multi-year change programs across different countries and cultures with diverse populations to achieve desired results.Qualifications:
Necessary Qualifications include:
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Preferred Qualifications include:
