Business Communications Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to propose and implement communication plans. Each day, you will implement assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to group guidelines, directives, and messages, within the approved budget. You will also showcase your expertise by generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the internet as a hub for integrated marketing communications. The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Business into BA Function Communications.You will be mainly accountable for:• Proposes and implements internal communication and external content development plans validated by the Communications Manager/line managers within their approved budget.• Develop content for digital, media and social presence, using the internet as a hub for integrated marketing communications.• Develops creative concepts related to all communication vehicles, in accordance with branding guidelines.• Oversees work provided by internal and/or external resources.• Develop, manage and oversee sustainability and D&I communication and alignment with ABB Group• Writes and edits promotional materials for use through various media channels as per the ABB Way• Manages the creation, production, and publication of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature, in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.

Qualifications for the role

\tPostgraduate degree or Diploma in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a related field.\t10+ years of experience in communications, media relations, or public relations, with at least 5 years focused on sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.\tProven experience in content creation for senior leadership and CXO-level interaction.\tStrong media relations experience, including pitching stories and managing media inquiries.\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\tStrong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives.
