As a Business Consultant Intern, you will be an integral part of the Internal Business Consulting department, working on projects spanning operational and support functions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multifaceted company that operates in passenger transportation, vehicle sales and service, collision repair, and parts distribution, among other fields. The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled in a Bachelors' or Masters' program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Primary Responsibilities: + Collaborate with the Internal Business Consulting team to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across different departments. + Contribute to project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports. + Conduct analysis and research to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement. + Work with operational teams to implement process enhancements and streamline workflows. + Engage with various departments to understand their unique challenges and goals. + Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to ensure project success. + Utilize data to support decision-making processes and provide insights into key business metrics. + Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. + Identify opportunities for optimizing business processes and recommend strategies for enhanced efficiency. + Work with teams to implement process improvements and measure their impact. Position Requirements: + Currently enrolled in a Bachelors' or Masters' program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, preferably in Transportation/Logistics. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. + Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI and Synthesia AI. Preferred Qualifications: + Previous internship or coursework in business consulting, project management, or related fields. + Familiarity with the transportation industry or dealership operations.
