Job DescriptionDevelop and adapt training materials for diverse user groups.Organize and conduct training sessions.Provide post-implementation support.Continuously refine training content and knowledge base based on feedback.Design and implement effective transition plans to maximize user adoption.Contribute to communication campaigns and newsletters.Create engaging learning and communication materials.Define and execute comprehensive change management plans.Assess and optimize the impact of implementations on existing processes.Optimize training through knowledge management articles and streamlined processes.Collect and document feedback for continuous improvement.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in team environments.Demonstrated autonomy and a strong sense of mission.Proven experience in change management and digital transformation initiatives.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience as a trainer or facilitator.Ability to work effectively with diverse international teams.Fluent English (oral and written).
