Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our growing team.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for ServiceNow development.Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Analyze and map current and future business processes using ServiceNow best practices.Ensure seamless integration of existing systems with the ServiceNow platform.Provide functional and technical support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with Agile methodologies.Fluency in English is mandatory.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
