Job Description The role responsible for understanding our clients' business needs, designing and presenting effective B2B solutions, and driving successful implementations. A Solutions Consultant, will be a key contributor to B2B sales efforts, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions to our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored B2B solutions that address their business needs.

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to gather information, analyze their existing technology infrastructure, and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Design and present comprehensive solution proposals and product demonstrations that showcase the value and benefits of our B2B solutions.

Develop high level solution designs in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., product management, solutions architecture) to ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, and pricing/contract negotiations.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert insights and guidance on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Conduct demo activities and technical evaluations to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.

Collaborate with the post-sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the implementation phase, providing necessary technical documentation and support.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT and telecommunications industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
