**BUSINESS CONSULTANT RETAIL Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant Retail to join our Retail division and with our team you will work on a wide variety of clients and missions. Working with all the company's departments, you will support our clients in the realization of projects to transform their organization and/or their information system. In particular, you will participate in the following tasks, ensuring the quality and compliance with the defined objectives: + Scoping and management of business transformation projects and/or IS + Audit and Optimization of processes (on the company's major value chains) + Elaboration of master plans, project roadmaps + Evolution of IS Governance related to digital transformation + Continuous improvement of the customer experience (new customer journeys, in response to consumer expectations, etc.) + Support in the conduct of calls for tenders and assistance in the choice of solutions + Accompaniment of People and Change + Be part of a human-sized, close-knit team, encouraging the diversity of profiles and experiences and promoting autonomy and initiative; + Make an impact on our clients by being held accountable in the context of high-stakes missions and on a wide range of activities; + Be part of a dynamic of growth and development of our consulting brand. **Your Profile;** + With a BAC+5 higher education, you have significant experience in more than 4 years in project management in a company (Retail/Mass Distribution) or in a firm. + Although you are a generalist, you have specific skills in: Transformation Management and Project Management + IS Governance and/or Customer Experience and/or Operational Efficiency + Endowed with real human values, you are appreciated for your ability to listen, your ability to work in a team and your ability to communicate in French and English (written and oral). + You are proficient in the Synthetic, with a good level of vision and a transversal vision, you get to the heart of the matter to achieve the defined objectives. + You have a good mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. **Requisition ID** : 25105
