Summary & Role Information:

 

The S/4 HANA Customer Safeguarding Team supports customers in an easy end-to-end implementation experience of S/4 HANA Cloud applications deployed via Central Business Configuration (CBC). We deal with a newest configuration possibilities in S/4 HANA Public Cloud and as a central group we are involved in numerous projects and activities. But even more we analyse and and fix problems reported by our internal and external customers and we are always in close contact with them.

 

We are a global team mainly based in Walldorf/Germany, Warsaw/Polen, Sao Leopoldo/Brasil and Shanghai/China embracing a cooperative, professional, and fun working atmosphere. You will be part of a dynamic, creative team, that will allow you to unfold your individual potential. Our new team members are provided with both a professional and a personal mentor/buddy to build up the necessary specialist knowledge together with the team and selected training courses.

 

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with ABAP, SAP Best Practices knowledge to support us on our mission to safeguard our customer deployments by ensuring the content lifecycle of highly integrated business content for our customers.

 

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the ollowing:

With the help of your new team you will inverstigate and analyse complex content related issues. You will be part of the S/4 HANA Cloud family, working with SAP’s flagship technology including high visability. Over the time you will become deep knowledge in cloud-based configuration and cloud llifecycle. You will support internal and external escalations Support and drive incident resolution by involved stakeholders (e.g., LoB, Industry, etc.) will be part of oyur tasks. You will safeguard S/4 HANA Cloud customers in critical/escalated situations and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Selfempowerment and independently thinking combined with responsibility is waiting for you.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields with above average results Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA in either consulting, development or support role preferably in a broader context of Business Content (SAP Best Practices) Well experienced with ABAP, ABAP OOO Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Customer and quality focus Open and professional communication style Good analytical and problem-solving skills

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Relevant work experience Experience with working in international teams and/or customers is a plus Experience in project or development management is a plus
