We are looking for a Business Continuity Planning Specialist with strong project management skills and a profound background in assessing and analyzing complex and multi-faceted incidents. If you are ready to take on responsibility for the effective implementation and coordination of key aspects of the Group’s Protection & Resilience Framework and be part of the team that prepares Allianz Partners to withstand business disruptions and manages incidents and crises, take up the challenge.
Your responsibilities:
Conduct IT and non-IT incident assessments. Manage Business Continuity, Crisis, Protective Security, Global Incident, IT Service Continuity, Outsourcing, and Emergency Response. Share incident management info and conduct trainings within AZP PL employees. Support DORA implementation for integrated incident management. Perform threat intelligence on Allianz’s Partners. Enhance crisis management exercises and improve BU crisis readiness. Participate in Protection & Resilience projects. Monitor BU review and self-assessment tasks. Perform as a Local outsourcing function (management and monitoring of external contracts)
