Business Controller

The SBU Controller covers the BU business for Greater China scope,  works as a finance business partner to lead the forecasting and analytical process, implement and enhance controlling practice for the SBU, highlight the business risks, and drive the sustainable and profitable growth of the SBU in joint accountability with VP.

Education

Minimum of Bachelor degree in Finance or Business AdministrationMBA or CPA/ACCA is preferred

Experience

10+ years of progressive finance experience, incl. 5+ years experience as finance BPHigh level analytical capabilities with a record of successful financial modeling experienceProven record of successful individual and team process improvement actionsExperience with data mining, finance information automation, and Power BI is an advantage

Technical competencies

Accounting and Internal Control:Solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAPStrong understanding of internal control and ability to drive internal control improvement

Financial Planning and Analysis:Managing budging and forecasting processUtilizes key metrics to measure and communicate resultsDeep understanding of P&L drivers, inter‐related elements and market

System & Analytic tools: Proficient user of SAP/BW, Advanced user of MS Office 360, Essbase smartview, MIS/CORA  (ability to train / power user)Expert of the analytical tools such as sensitivity/scenario analysis, benchmarking, cost breakeven etc. and leverage data to drive insights and influence

Process and project management skills: understand workflow, assign tasks and milestone, communicate progress with key stakeholders.

Cashflow Management: Understand the key measurement of working capital and identify opportunities to improveEvaluate the capital investment and recommend for the resource allocation
