Be an integral part of a market-leading Atlas Copco Industrial Vacuum Customer Center North AmericaSubstantiate the AC Industrial Vacuum business with focus on stability, followed by profitability, followed by growth  Support the creation of a dynamic & entrepreneurial business structure and organization from a financial & controlling perspectiveGuide the AC Industrial Vacuum organization towards stronger commercial/financial considerations & business implicationsDevelop, align, implement and manage the North America AC Vacuum financial reporting and analysisTo support and advise the management team in performing business control tasks and to analyze and follow-up of business development in the regionTo be an important partner and advisor for the entire AC Industrial Vacuum CC North America organization, throughout the customer center including equipment and service divisions

Commercial Controlling / Business Partnership

Be a key member of the AC Industrial Vacuum Customer Center Team:
- Care for and be a driving force for the Company’s overall performance and image
- Provide decision support and business partnership to the VP and leadership team
- Drive accountability by being in close interaction with all stakeholders
- Lead the provision of information, analysis and insight for the regular review meetingsM&A is a strategic growth initiative for this CC.  Analysis, review and financial implementation will be key responsibilities for this position.  As projects materialize due diligence and PMI will be key tasks.Be proactive, making sure that red flags are highlighted, that action plans are put in place when/where necessary and that an open communication with internal and external parties is maintainedBe familiar with “The Way We Do Things” and “Business Code of Practice” and apply in daily operationsAnalysis and review of past performance providing explanations and insights on variations to forecasting and target. Drive counteractive measures together with the general manager and the leadership team.Forecast business performance vs annual target  Lead annual Target setting and regular Forecast updates for P&L, Balance Sheet, Capital Expenditure Support the general manager and management team with the development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures and tools so that the required quality and safety standards are met in all aspects of the business. Ensure that those processes, policies and work instructions are adhered to.Ensuring and continuously reviewing cost allocations to AC Industrial Vacuum CC North America

Specific responsibilities:

Prepare budget reports/management reports for the Customer Center management teamAct and think strategicallyPragmatic decision makingProvide, monitor and analyze KPI and scorecards:Monitor Cost development in P&LMonitor and red-flag receivables and inventory– push and track initiatives in CC for improvementMonitor warranty claims and provide status overview (Reason + Action Tracking: Who, what, When); initiate process changes with responsible functions where needed to ensure timely solutionEnsure accuracy of data processed by implementing plausibility controls and close interaction within the CC.Monitor local bank processes in CCEmpower for initiatives where change needs to be drivenEnsure timely processing and reporting of data

What we expect of you?​

Knowledge
•    Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, BW, BPC knowledge advantageous
•    Good command of English in both writing and speaking

•    Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the management and employees at all levels. Must possess strong leadership capabilities and the ability to empower the members within the finance and admin team
