Main responsibilities:

 

Supporting the Finance Director with reporting, business analysis, decision making Keeping the reporting deadlines towards Group in the FP&A cycle Supporting the Budget and Strategic Planning process Monitor budget performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve financial objectives Cooperating with Plant Controlling Monitor and enforce compliance with financial policies and CRH Group requirements Leading the projects or cooperating as business part of project team Looking for opportunities to simplify processes in finance and controlling area

 

Experience & qualifications:

 

Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Experience in an industrial and trade environment Experience in an international environment would be a plus Experience in project leading Polish and strong English Strong ERP and BI analysis tools knowledge ideal Results-oriented with a strong focus on improvement Ability for occasionally business trips
