This role requires an experienced operation risk manager with more than 8 years’ experience in similar financial services and/or risk management roles. We are looking for a candidate with risk management experience, ability to effectively challenge Business in the Financial industry and have senior stakeholders management skills. Additional knowledge of business operations is a plus.

Global Delivery Business Risk Management (BRM) Incident/Issue Management is a global Business Risk discipline that focuses on reviewing operational risk incidents and managing and ensuring remediation of issues.
The larger BRM team includes Assurance, Risk, Controls and Assessment activities, Governance, Operational Risk Management and incident analysis, Compliance Program implementation, Risk Metrics, Event Management, Policy and regulatory change and Information Security.
What you will be responsible for:
Implement Incident/Issue Management Framework across Global Delivery and Investment Services
Operational Risk Incident review and analysis which would include root cause analysis and monitoring of remedial action plans
Drive Business to identify, escalate and remediate known control gaps in collaboration with ERM, Compliance and Audit, if required.
Monitor and proactively challenge on remediation steps and corrective action plans from control review findings to implementation
Query Management and Business support on Incident management and reporting
Ensure quality data for periodic status reviews of open Issues and Incidents
Coordinate with inter-connected risk initiatives
Carry out other ad-hoc activities related to Incident and Issue management pertaining to quality assurance and reporting
Continuously develop deep knowledge of core products, process, financial markets, technology, regulatory obligations and operating model changes; understand impact to your role and responsibilities
Engage with other regional BRM Incident Management teams to promote a standard approach on incident management

Knowledge of Archer platforms (ICAMS & Issues Module) is preferred but not mandatory

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
