Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent and 2 years of office-related experience.
Job Summary:
To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative, business management, and/or staff activities within a process/department.
Job Duties:
Coordinates curriculum content, schedules courses, and assists in the development of course catalog for each term Maintain a master calendar for courses for each semester (fall, spring, and summer) Maintain content and source materials for OLLI’s website and social media page Coordinates OLLI activities, programs, or events with both internal and external sources Work with other UTMB departments for collaborative programs and projects Collects data for review and program improvement Create and publish OLLI announcements, newsletters, program flyers, and email blasts Maintains instructor database and coordinates the process for contracts, vendor forms and honorarium. ProClass software maintenance, management, and additions as needed Assist in managing membership data, scheduling, and registration Assist OLLI member calls/emails and general questions Assist with technical and on-site classroom set-up Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems Excellent communication skills and a team player Represents the OLLI program with integrity, professionalism, and commitment to serving members and others Attention to detail Performs related duties as requiredWork Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
