Salary Range: £23,500 - £30,000 per annum DOE plus red hot benefits
Location: Remote - work from anywhere within the UK, with occasional office visits to Glasgow/Leeds Hubs

What you'll be doing Delivering a superior customer experience to Business Banking customers. Proactively liaising with colleagues to maximise support, provide guidance where necessary and ensuring all customer requirements are met. Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of business lending facilities, supporting Relationship Managers to update Term Loans, support Covenants and  Insurances to ensure lending facilities, are correctly captured, alongside additional Lending administrative tasks to assist customers. You will support the maintenance of customer and Bank credit related requirements, including maintenance and discharge of security. Providing a range of checking, processing, and administrative activities, to provide our customers with a cost effective and efficient service Having attention to detail and the ability to approach tasks with care and diligence to ensure the Bank’s position is protected and credit/operational risk minimised. Working as a team to bring to life the Banks brand and support its key principles, values and behaviours. We need you to have  Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Previous experience of building successful relationships with various stakeholders. Excellent analytical experience. A good team player, with a ‘’can do’’ attitude. Ability to pay close attention to detail, whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capability to meet and exceed performance and productivity targets. Ability to turn ideas into practical solutions. Experience of working to a high level of detail and at pace to meet agreed deadlines. Willingness to learn and develop, adopting a positive and growth mindset. Strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential

Experience of Business Banking. Good knowledge of our business products & services. Superb people skills, coaching and training experience at an operational level.
