Advanced skill set with ability to analyze, manipulate, map and report on data for conversionsTransforms client requests into project data deliverables to include data models, target data mappings and data transformation rulesData profiling: generate desired data from the source, interpret data using statistical analysis to detect patterns and behaviors, and manipulate data to upload into destination systemContribute to the development of project plans for data deliverablesWork with product owners and business owners to understand reporting needs Understand and interpret large scale data for multiple reporting purposesWork with project managers, system analysts and developers to understand data requirements of target systemAnalyze and model requirements through the use of process flows, data flows, and use case diagramsWork closely with the development team to ensure that the technology solution satisfies business requirements.

Successful Candidates will Have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Systems Analyst rolePrevious insurance experience requiredAdvanced Excel and/or Access skillsExperience with Vertafore and Applied applications a plusAbility to work under pressure with strict deadlinesAbility to work independently on multiple projects

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $75,000.00 - $90,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
