**A Snapshot of Your Day** As part of the Global Order Management team, you are responsible for collecting and analyzing relevant process and business data to create transparency and help improve business processes. You create reports for management and derive measures that help to take the order management service to the next level! **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Develop and maintain dashboards, and reports for applicable business data and KPI’s relevant to Global Order Management requirements. + Ensure and support the identification of internal data sources and datasets relevant to Global Order Management requirements. + Build and maintain models (e.g., causal models to measure and quantify the impact of drivers). Establish operationalization through automation (e.g., drive robot reporting initiatives, set up model repositories). + Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders (model outputs and data visualizations). Validate model outputs with subject matter experts, and request and initiate internal data correction, when required. + Build and manage relationships with internal data providers (service business units, Berlin, and other applicable organizations). + Prepare internal trainings for data experts and support business development projects using agile project management methods. **What You Bring** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or other field of study with a strong quantitative focus (e.g., Econometrics, Quantitative Finance). Advanced degree or equivalent, a plus. + 5+ years of professional experience developing data science solutions in a business context as well as experience in data science-related programming. + Proficiency in general data science topics (e.g., data preparation, mathematical foundations, modeling, Dashboard creation, AI). In addition, prior exposure to causal AI topics (e.g., Bayesian networks). + Experience in technical implementation of data science applications, frameworks, and data pipelines. Basic understanding of software development principles (e.g., modularity, testing, version control), common databases and paradigms, and data management practices. + Keen interest in new technologies and ability to create prototypes. Plus, experience in using common analytics tools for collaborative project work! + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
