Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Digital Services team, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining and optimising key systems, databases and applications. Your responsibilities will include:

Database Development and Administration

SQL Development and Data Support

Application Development and Support

Programming and Automation

Training and Support

Comprehensive training will be provided by team members to help you effectively use GainSeeker and Verity.

Qualifications we prefer:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field. Equivalent industry experience or certifications will also be considered.SQL Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL including query writing, database design, performance tuning and troubleshooting.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver effective solutions.Effective Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Project & Time Management: Proven track record in managing and delivering projects on time.

Desirable Skills

While not required, familiarity with the following will be advantageous:

Programming languages such as VBA and Python.Power BI for advanced data modelling and visualisation within Verity, with plans to further develop the system in the future.Database administration including user access management and security.ITSM tools and ERP systems for data integration and reporting.Experience with GainSeeker or a similar Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality management platform.
