Leidos is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Business Data Analyst to support the best-in-class enterprise contracts function’s people, tools, and systems. This exciting role provides the opportunity for significant visibility to the business through support of strategic and challenging initiatives in the areas of data science and analytics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data modeling & transformation, SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, or other coding languages, and have demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools to include Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management, Analysis, Reporting:
Support data governance and data quality initiatives to enhance data reliability.
Be familiar with data modeling, database architecture design principles, and data pipelines and support development and maintenance of these tools.
Analyze large datasets and develop complex, ad-hoc reports or dashboards using tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Cognos, and Power BI.
Collaborate with the enterprise data scientists to support contracts related AI/ML initiatives, using your knowledge and background of common principles, toolkits, to assist with development of algorithms and review of analytical models.
Power Platform Tools:
Utilize Microsoft’s suite of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance data workflows and automate business processes.
Develop and integrate Power Apps solutions to address specific business needs.
Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline data-related tasks and processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with your team of business process analysts and data analysts to develop technically sound solutions for business users.
Provide mentorship to junior level peers and support a cohesive team environment.
Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Possess familiarity with US federal government contracting.
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 6 years of prior relevant experience with degree in data analytics, computer science, engineering, or related field.Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Advanced experience in Microsoft’s Power Platform suite, certification preferred.Great interpersonal and communication skills, strong aptitude for analyzing data and strong business acumen.High motivation and self-directed work ethic.US citizenship is required.Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
