Team Description

Our team is looking for a Business Data Analyst who will report to the Business Intelligence and Strategic Partnerships leader, within our Lodging, Ground and Sea team, in our Sabre office.

This is a high impact opportunity to develop and drive the strategic direction for one of the leading global travel technology companies.

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis Support ad-hoc data requests from internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate insights Develop and maintain reports leveraging data in business intelligence tools such as Cognos, SQL and/or BigQuery Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize business strategies Design, create and maintain comprehensive reports, visualizations and insights based on data findings 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Advanced English level both verbal and writtenAdvanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and PowerPoint (data visualization, storytelling) Knowledge of SQL and/or BigQuery tools for querying and analyzing datasets Experience with Cognos, Looker or similar BI tools is a plus Ability to work under tight deadlinesAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detailImpeccable oral and written communication skills, with the ability to creatively tell stories and adjust tone and style based on audience
