What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Manager / Data Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management team, where the individual will lead analytic and data visualizations in support of organizational and mission goals, and support decision-making for large-scale programs within Revenue Cycle.

Leading design and development of data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or QlikManages, directs, and reviews the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments
-  Will lead a team of 6 analysts with full management functions that include hiring, firing, promotion, and reward authority within own area, in accordance with review and approval procedureIdentifying and creating additional data visualization capabilities, as neededAnalyzing current processes and identifying potential improvementEnsuring data governance and quality assurance standards are metDeveloping training materialsWorking with team members to summarize and report on business process improvements to include gaps in current processes and initiatives to improve processes for an organizationOrganizing and leading client meetings, including scheduling meetings; drafting and delivering agendas and meeting minutes; providing and archiving required documentation; and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action itemsSummarizing and presenting information and reports to the team and make recommendations (both oral and written)Ability to work independently with minimal directionAbility to anticipate and respond to management and client needsExcellent verbal and written communication skills

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's DegreeTen (12) or more years of business and data analytics experienceExperience leading at least 3 direct reports focused on developing analytic solutions.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detailExperience developing new, automating, and/or re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirements.Ability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasksExperience analyzing and defining system requirementsExperience with SQL, ACL, Python, Power BI, Tableau - similar data analysis / visualization toolsAbility to facilitate meetings and present topics to diverse groups of functional and technical staffAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization
