1) Site selection
      - visits and evaluates the site (assess via traffic count on a weekday and weekend)
      - estimates possible sales
      - prepares and discusses feasibility study for the appreciation of the operator
  2) Site acquisition
      - confirms site with operator and/or leasing manager
      - secures copies of leasing contracts
      - prepares contract or MOA with operators (include territory coverage & development)
      - monitors completions of the checklist of activities (until booth set up)
 3) Training   
     - Crew Training (Product Preparation & Food Safety, Operational Standards and Procedures)
     - Operators Training (Financials and Manpower Management)
4) Soft opening and  Turnover to Operations
    - Execution of Local opening Support
