Role Responsibilities
The Channel Developer will be responsible for driving the growth and digital transformation across various channels. This role encompasses eCommerce management, business exploration for new opportunities, and full funnel activation projects.
Missions
Ecommerce: Develop and implement strategies for eCommerce platforms, focusing on pure players such as Amazon and e-specialists. Enhance the customer experience through effective click & collect initiatives. Analyze eCommerce performance metrics and optimize sales funnels for increased conversion rates. New business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B, DTC (Direct to Consumer), overseas markets etc. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative business models and partnerships. Activation Management: Oversee projects related to full funnel activation online, including digital marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives. Work with commercial and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activation strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement. QualificationsQualifications
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university, business school. Proven experience in channel development as a Category Manager or eCommerce manager or Business Development, preferably within a food industry company.

Excellent communication and project management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Passion for the business development Good understanding of commercial performance indicators know how to be proactive and take the initiative
