The Role
BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Hybrid working as part of a wider national sales team, the role involves generating revenue by helping to win new business in the region in line with the regional sales strategy.
Whilst having autonomy for developing a robust pipeline and closing new business, the successful candidate will be supported by a close-knit team; a highly developed prospect list and tried and tested approach to winning new business.
An exciting opportunity for someone to make the role their own within an environment of support and opportunity.
Location: Rome with a wider responsibility for managing the generation of new business in Center-Southern Italy
The Requirements
Able to move successfully through a major and mid-market account sales process. Confidence to develop a comprehensive knowledge of WTW products and services and how these compare with the products available from key competitors. The ability to operate at various levels within the sales process from securing initial meetings, participation in those meetings, and supporting throughout the sales cycle process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects. Excellent proven prospect / client focuses skills. Ability to analyze data and situations and provide recommendations to identify optimum solutions, that bring value to prospects. Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support new business activity and delivery.Fluent in English (oral and written)
