Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a skilled Business Developer / Capture Manager with a proven background in proposal management to join our team. This role involves leading capture efforts, managing proposal development, and identifying new business opportunities to enhance our market position.

Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities in alignment with the strategic goals of Bluehawk.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and industry partners.Lead the capture strategy formulation and oversee the execution of detailed capture plans.Manage the proposal development process, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timelines.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.Oversee pipeline activities and provide periodic updates to senior management regarding capture progress and new opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, capture management, and proposal management within the defense or intelligence sectors with the last 12 months.Demonstrated ability to lead successful proposal efforts and secure government contracts.In-depth knowledge of government procurement, contracting processes, and regulatory requirements.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Work in a collaborative fast paced environment.

 Desirable Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification.Proficiency with CRM software and pipeline management tools.
