Here’s what you’d do:

Working with prospective customers to discover their “points of pain” and develop solutionsBuild and maintain trust-based professional relationships with key decision makersWork at a fast pace environment while operating with a high sense of urgencyUnderstand the value and benefit of going deeper and broader with existing relationshipsCommunicate proactively with all decision makers and influencersPlan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks and close business

You’d be responsible for:

Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levelsExperience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a large territoryProficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Experience with a CRM or SFA tool beneficialPROVEN track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle environmentHighly competitive, positive, and results driven sales personExcellent presentation skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills to build client-centric and solution/value-based proposalsWorking experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferredCoach-able, trainable, and have a good sense of humorLocal knowledge and contacts in the Construction or Landscape Construction industryExperience in the service industry with commercial contract sales desirable
