Your ChallengeAs a Business Developer in Electrification & Automation - Customer Service, your mission will be to drive business growth by developing and performing a strategic technical promotion plan for our service portfolio, with a strong focus on:
Maintenance contracts Revamping and retrofit solutions Digitalization, IoT, and Cybersecurity services You will be responsible for: Defining and implementing the technical promotion strategy, ensuring strong market positioning and customer engagement. Driving business expansion in key verticals: Multi utilities, Power Generation, and Heavy Industry. Identifying and developing new business opportunities through deep market knowledge and customer engagement. Collaborating with internal technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs. Managing the entire business development cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure. Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries. Laying the foundation for a future technical promotion team, shaping its structure and leadership.To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering business growth. Strong understanding of electrification, automation, and customer service solutions, including maintenance, revamping, IoT, and cybersecurity. Deep knowledge of the DSO, Power Generation, and Heavy Industry markets. Fluency in Italian, English (C1 level or higher); German is a plus. Experience in leading teams or initiatives, with a vision for building and scaling a technical promotion team. Ability to engage at both technical and executive levels within customer organizations.
