**Description and Requirements**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:**
+ Develop and implement regional business development plan that aligns with Lenovo & Cisco Solutions and goals.
+ Conduct market analysis to identify and prioritize target industries, accounts, and solution opportunities within the region.
+ Stay updated on technology trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and adjust strategy as needed.
**Sales & Go-to-Market Execution**
+ Achieve business targets based on the strategies developed during the planning process.
+ Lead regional sales efforts, including pipeline development, account targeting, and lead generation for Lenovo Cisco Solutions.
+ Collaborate with Lenovo /Cisco sales teams to position joint solutions effectively identify, and close high-value deals.
+ Create and execute sales campaigns tailored to the regional market, leveraging joint marketing resources and customer insights.
**Relationship Management**
+ Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within Lenovo, Cisco, and regional channel partners.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for Lenovo Cisco Solutions in the region, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Facilitate collaboration between Lenovo and Cisco technical teams to deliver customized solutions based on client needs.
**Product & Solution Expertise**
+ Act as a subject matter expert on the Lenovo Cisco product portfolio, keeping updated on new offerings and solution advancements.
+ Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients, showcasing the unique benefits and ROI of Lenovo Cisco solutions.
+ Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal and partner sales teams to build solution knowledge and confidence.
**Performance Tracking & Reporting**
+ Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional growth, including revenue targets, market share, and customer acquisition metrics.
+ Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
+ Work with marketing and sales operations teams to ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and deal progress.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
**Experience:**
+ Proven Track record with Entrepreneurial thinking and mindset
+ 10+ years of experience in sales, or business development role in the technology industry.
+ Demonstrated experience with B2B technology sales, ideally within networking, data center, or cloud infrastructure.
+ Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and partnerships.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent are advantageous.
**Skills & Knowledge:**
+ Deep understanding of networking, security, cloud, and data center technologies.
+ Familiarity with Lenovo and/or Cisco product lines is a plus.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into strategic plans.
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Work location:**
Based from the Brazil office Sao Paulo with extensive travel in the region as required approx 50%
