Your Key Responsibilities • Responsibility of Business Development Strategy for 2W Business , Strategic roadmap planning - Sales and GP for VLS & driving the process of Strategy Dialogue, Achievement of regional growth targets through development and execution of a business development strategy/roadmap that aligns with VLS overall vision and its Mid Term & long-term business objectives • Business and Market Research - Market Trends Analysis of 2W Industry, competitor analysis, Grasping and Updating Management on Latest Govt. Policies, Regulations, Legislations of Automotive Industry, OEM key Technical Developments, Identify white spots and new business growth opportunities • Defining and consolidating 2W Market Sizes, Supporting VLS in Formulating Business & Product line Strategy • Order Intake planning Your Qualifications

Education : University degree, ideally with a technical or commercial background (e.g. mechanical/ electrical engineering, business administration and engineering)

Job Experience : Have experience in sales, key account or program management, Technical Knowledge :

Knowledge in business processes, in particular pricing and product profitability analysis (PPA)
