About the Role
Join our Business Development team for the AIA-Citi Partnership & Strategic Banks and be part of an outstanding initiative. Help people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives by building meaningful relationships that create a positive impact.Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist department and bank branches in achieving business targets on assigned segments.Meet predetermined business goals for AFYC, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and other important metrics for designated branches/district.Lead the sales momentum across sales staff and branches. Deliver tailored support to boost sales performance.Cultivate and foster positive relationships and rapport with banks' district managers, branch managers, and all frontline staff.Develop good relationships with bank staff to achieve ambitious business goals.Communicate all marketing and sales programs to bank’s frontline staff and ensure their awareness and participation.Provide support on operations and application processing, and answer inquiries from the bank’s frontline staff.Conduct pre-sales preparation for upcoming appointments.Offer appointment calling skill training through call supervising findings.Provide ongoing training to bank’s frontline staff, including product knowledge, sales techniques, prospecting, objection handling, and sales operations and processes.Complete compliance duties in accordance with regulatory standards and our company’s Code of Conduct, Complaints Handling Procedures, Customer Privacy Policy, and MCV Guidelines.Support ad hoc projects as assigned by the direct manager.Minimum Job Requirements:University graduate or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of insurance sales experience, preferably with bank's frontline experience.Proven experience in mentoring and training bank’s sales staff on insurance is highly preferred.Possession of Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license is highly preferred.Good spoken English and Chinese.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.Acquire relevant licenses if your job involves regulated activities.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
