About the Role

Support Channel Head to drive sales strategy for mapped accounts in aligning with channel overall direction

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Channel Head on implementation and execution of the business plans and initiativesLead a unit of PDMs to achieve business targetDevelop new business ideas and lead the continuous development of Brokerage channel sales platformSales management with subordinates and review the business performance of mapped accounts regularly in accordance to sales KPIsStrengthen and maintain a good relationship with respective partners and their key personals to drive and implement the new initiatives, unleash business potential and penetrate the business market share and provide all levels of support to key partners to capture the business opportunitiesPenetrate the TRs and facilitate them to deliver of quality, compliant and consistence businessConduct regular reviews on business performance and sales quality practice of the brokers to ensure they are fully compliant with AIA’s business standard and principlesBe capable of driving and managing digital enablement utilisation both internally and externallyContinue to grow the subordinates with on-going career development planningProvide on-the-job coaching for subordinates and support them to handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard  Share new ideas, best practices and market intelligence with sub-ordinates and be a team playerEnsure team members (if any) who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirement

Job Requirements:

University / College graduate plus at least 6 years relevant experience and 2 years of managerial experience preferredDemonstration of self-motivated and self-driven personality and can work independentlyGood organizing and management skillsGood insurance and investment product knowledgeGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood written and spoken English and Chinese / MandarinWorking knowledge of MS office applicationsObtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities
