About the Role

Run and develop the business traction / relationship with partners in order to increase the sales volume and improve the HNW business opportunities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the Team Leader / Head of Sales to implement business plans and initiatives in accordance to sales critical metricsStrengthen and maintain a good relationship with assigned partners to drive the new initiativesIdentify the needs and demands of individual customers to achieve the sale targetsProvide all levels of support to partners and internal customers to capture the business opportunitiesFacilitate partners and TRs for delivery of quality, compliant and consistence businessContribution new insights and provide feedback from partners to ensure AIA driven propositionHandle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard

Minimum Job Requirements:

University / College graduate plus at least 3-5 years relevant experiencesGood organizing and leadership skillsGood insurance and investment product knowledgeGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood written and spoken English and Chinese / MandarinProven understanding of MS office applicationsAcquire relevant licenses if the job involves in regulated activitiesWe offer comprehensive employee benefits e.g. group medical insurance
