Affiliate is now entering the project execution phase and is now preparing for First Oil in 2025. A number of stages still need to take place to ensure the delivery of the project on time and to the right standard.
The main role will be to provide additional support to the TEPU teams in the different departments in implementing the different activities/programs. The Intern will also be required to work closely with various teams who will act as mentors to help them acquire the necessary knowledge and skills relevant for the oil and gas sector. The Intern will be based in the Kampala office of TEPU. The Intern directly reports to the HoD who may delegate his or her supervisor authority to another person but remains with overall accountability.
ActivitiesTotal Energies EP Uganda is looking at offering internship to university students in currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of study and would require a work placement as part of their course of study.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from recognized National UniversitiesMust provide Introduction letter from university and copy of student I.DCurrent academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.Must provide a partial transcript / copy of academic scores to-date.Must be available full time for the duration of the internship period.Excellent verbal & numeracy skills and problem-solving abilityGood communication skills and positive attitudeMust write and submit an internship application letter.Duration of internship: Minimum 10 weeks from June 2025
