_-_ We are looking for a high energy Business Development and Marketing Manager to directly oversee multiple components of our marketing strategy, locally (North America) and centrally with the central marketing teams in Europe.- This position is directly accountable for executing strategies aimed at identifying business opportunities for Saint-Gobain Glass within the markets of United States and Canada.- It will be directly responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, developing product campaigns, creating marketing content, managing local website, all advertising, generating quality leads and generating customer contents, events managements, social media and public relations. This role will report to Business Manager of North America with dotted line report to the International Marketing Director Building Glass.- The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of SG NA-Business.

+ Establish strong executive and decision-maker relationships among various stakeholders inside USA and Canada.
+ Identifying Business Opportunities for North America.
+ Collaborate closely with the SGGI sales team in North America and assist them to win ongoing sales opportunities and develop new sales opportunities by engaging new customers.
+ Directly responsible for developing new Residential Customers, adapting the NA offer and supply.
+ Position Saint-Gobain Glass brand as the design in/preferred choice for facades specifications and establishing growing opportunities for residential coated glass markets.
+ Market Analysis, market trend watch, regulation-standard watch, benchmark of competition products.
+ Supporting innovation, RD coordination and product developments, launching products.
+ Directly responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, developing product campaigns, creating marketing content, managing local website, all advertising, generating quality leads and generating customer contents, events managements, social media and public relations.
+ Attend seminars, events, networking, market research, surveys, analysis, and product benchmark.

**What do you bring?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Sales/Marketing, or International Business or relevant experience required. High School Diploma/GED required.
+ 5+ years’ experience in architectural or construction industry required
+ 2+ years within Glass or Glazing business required
+ 5+ years’ experience in sales/account management experience preferred
+ Selling skills in long sales cycle environment, e.g., account penetration, strategic selling, conceptual selling, issues-based selling, consultative selling, negotiation and contracts, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute tactics preferred.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication ability with strong emphasis on listening and can deal with a wide range of audience from C-Suite/project owners to construction trades
+ Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and negotiate.
+ Strong team player who must be an assertive, self-starter with the self-confidence and ability to represent SGGI and Saint Gobain in a professional manner in order to gain a high level of confidence from a diverse group of customers
+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, at all levels of the organization, and able to build long-term effective relationships with customers/partners
**What are our perks?**
Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $102,000 to $158,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $111,500 to $173,000. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
