Elder Ford of Tampa, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is searching for a talented Business Development Center Administrator who can help our sales team achieve their targeted goals! As a BDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective sales customers via email, phone and text. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. 

What will you be doing?

Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.Respond via email, phone and text to Internet LeadsDetermine each customer's needs by asking the correct questionsSet appointments for members of sales teamEnsure a positive customer experienceIntroduce customers to sales representativesEnter customer information into CRM
