In this role you will engage with clients, develop relationships, generate new revenue streams while ensuring a high retention rates for Acuative’s clients.   The IBMR will also manage account changes, quoting, client questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.  

 As an IBDR, your responsibilities  will include:  
 Develop relationships with existing customers and look for opportunities to grow the business within those accounts

Manage calls/emails from existing clients related to current serviceAnswer billing questionsHandle escalations and work with appropriate teams for resolutionFollow up on escalations and make sure they are being handled by the proper department Manage change of service and/or service upgrade requestsPro-actively reach out to existing customers to check in/discuss upcoming renewals and projects  Ensure effective service delivery to accountsProvide status and inquiry responses back to clients when requestedKeep up with timely communication both internal and external

 Qualifications: 

Positive attitude and friendly demeanorAmbitious nature to succeedStrong communication skills, both written and verbalGreat customer relationship skillsExperience with MS Office a plus
