Our client is a globally recognized interior design agency specializing in luxury hospitality and transportation projects, including hotels, resorts, residences, and airport lounges. With a distinguished history of crafting bespoke, high-end design solutions, we are looking for a passionate professional to drive expansion throughout the GCC countries via our client’s office in Dubai.

Role: Business Development & Client Relationship Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Negotiable, with a performance-based component

If you can demonstrate proven experience in a Business Development or a Client Relationship Management role within the interior design or luxury hospitality industries, this exciting opportunity may be for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the hospitality, residential, and transport sectors across the region. Develop and execute a robust business growth strategy aligned with the company’s goals. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects to ensure consistent growth.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong partnership throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Project Oversight & Management:

Oversee the progress of all active contracts, ensuring projects remain on track, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. Liaise with the design and project management teams to address challenges and maintain quality standards. Monitor project milestones, provide regular updates to clients, and facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Strategic Growth:

Contribute to shaping the company’s growth strategy in the region by identifying trends, emerging markets, and key opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably within the interior design or luxury hospitality industry. Strong understanding of the design process, project management principles, and the luxury market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strategic thinker with a track record of growing business and fostering lasting client relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment. Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market and its unique cultural and business landscape is highly advantageous.
