For more information please visit: https://riveroakshospital.com/ River Oaks Hospital is looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to coordinate implement the facility’s strategic sales plan, enhance the facility’s brand/image, effectively manage their assigned territory and accounts, and work to achieve departmental and facility business development goals. The Representative must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment while performing duties in accordance with company mission, values, and behavioral standards. Please visit riveroakshospital.com to submit your application today! Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree. Experience: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. Licensure/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License Must be able to communicate successfully, both orally and written, to a variety of internal and external customers, while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor. Must have strong presentation skills. Ability to clearly speak, write and understand verbal and written English. Selected skills/credentials as defined by the department’s scope of services. Ability to work with others in a team environment.
