Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree. Experience: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. Licensure/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License Must be able to communicate successfully, both orally and written, to a variety of internal and external customers, while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor. Must have strong presentation skills. Ability to clearly speak, write and understand verbal and written English. Selected skills/credentials as defined by the department’s scope of services.
