Business Development Coordinator Classification: Exempt Position Type Full Time Reports to: General Manager Date created: 1/29/2025 Job Description Summary/Objective The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for implementing strategies to grow the company’s client base, improve brand visibility and support sales opportunities. This individual will collaborate across departments to align business development, marketing, and possible sales initiatives with company goals while fostering relationships with clients and potential partners. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. + Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client relationships and market share. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. + Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and property managers. + Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media, to promote services and attract new clients. + Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform business development and marketing strategies. + Support client engagement initiatives through regular communication and relationship-building efforts. + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with company objectives. + Serve as a key point of contact for external partners and clients. + Assist in planning and organizing company events to support business development and marketing. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory requirements. Required Education and Experience + Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Travel Limited travel may be required for client meetings, recruitment events, or conferences. Work Environment This position operates remotely along with a professional office environment. Use of computers, printers, phones, and other standard office equipment is required. This position could require extended periods of outdoor exposure on specific sites. Potential to work from heights above ground level and on elevated platforms.
