Key Responsibilities:

Business Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities, close deals, and expand our industry network. Strategic Planning: Coordinate business development activities, develop pursuit strategies, and work closely with Aviation Sector leadership. Networking & Events: Plan and attend industry events, manage communications with contacts, and ensure high-visibility participation for our leaders. Budget Oversight: Assist in managing the business development budget for the Eastern Region. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, earning their trust and respect.

Skills & Experience:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, communications or a related field. Experience: Over 5 years of regional business development experience in the AEC industry. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
