Responsible for driving and growing Aerostructures aftermarket sales in spares, major components & MRO business for assigned regions & customers. Duties include:
Business Development & Sales
Develop and drive sales strategies and campaigns to grow Aerostructures aftermarket sales of major components, spares & MRO businessAdvance and secure long-term agreements & contractsMarket and push major component salesCultivate and capture MRO salesInfluence and shape airlines’ provisioning decisions for piece partsDrive initiatives pertaining to modification/upgrades/retrofitsLeverage surplus trading to grow incremental revenueCraft & deliver presentations and lead sales negotiations with customersOrganize and participate in marketing events and activitiesCustomer Relationship Management
Develop close customer intimacy and manage assigned accounts/regionsCultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key customers/contactsInterface with customer contacts at all levels and ensure excellent customer experience and serviceBusiness & Market Acumen
Analyze and understand market trends to identify sales opportunities & leadsEnsure financial targets such as sales revenue, EBIT and margins are actively monitored and metGenerate timely and constructive reportsCreate business cases and models to highlight value propositionsCustomer Support
Formulate pricing for customer quotationsProvide 24/7 AOG support to airline customersWork closely with Aftermarket Spares and MRO functional teams to deliver winning solutionsAssist in accounts receivables dueExtensive traveling is required (~50%)Technical knowledge in aerospace components such as nacelles or composite structures is advantageousRequirements:
Degree in Business Administration/Mechanical/Aerospace EngineeringMinimum 5 to 8 years of aerospace industry experience (Business Development, Sales or Customer Support roles).Possess extensive industry contacts as well as a successful sales track record in Asia Pacific regionExperience in Oceania region will be advantageousDisplay good business acumen, strategic agility and leadership qualitiesCommunication skills – both written and verbal – are vital perquisitesFluency in Asian languages other than English is advantageousPrior knowledge of nacelles and composite structures is a plusRTX is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
