あなたがすること

営業部門において、ガートナーの各種サービスの新規顧客開拓を実施して頂きます。 

・顧客企業が抱える様々な問題をガートナーのリサーチ、各種サービスによって解決を図るべく トップマネージメント層に直接アプローチを行う 
・ ビジネスチャンスを逃さず戦略的顧客開拓計画を立案し、売上増加を図る新規顧客を獲得する 
・クライアント企業の様々な問題点に対して洞察力があり付加価値溢れる戦略的な提案を行いな がら、クライアント企業との有効なビジネス関係を維持し、形成していく 
・ アカウントエグゼクティブと共に、責任を持ってクライアントを成功に導く
・　タイムリーで正確な売上予測を実施

あなたに求める事

・大学又は大学院卒業後、IT業界における企業向け直販ソリューション営業経験最低5年以上 （サービス、ソフトウェアまたはハードウェア等） 
・現職または過去の営業経験において卓越した営業実績を有し、四半期及び年度目標を達成する ことに対して明確な目標達成意欲を維持できる方 
・企業が抱える幅広い問題に着目、理解し、企業のIT部門にて意思決定をする際に斬新で的確な ソリューション提供ができる方 
・新規顧客開拓、またトップマネージメント層顧客への応対ができる方 
・日本語必須/英語力あれば尚可チームプレーヤーであること

・複雑な問題を解決し、予期しない事象にも臨機応変に対応できること

・セルフスターターであり、かつチームプレーヤーであること

・自身の経験だけではなく、他者のベストプラクティスなどを柔軟に取り入れPDCAを回せること

・忍耐力、謙虚さ、課題に直面した際に前向きに捉え、乗り越えるマインドを持っていること

・グローバルな環境で自己を磨きたいと思えること

・「日本企業をICTで変革したい」「真にお客様企業の役に立つことをしたい」という強い気持ちを持てること
