To visit potential new companies to appoint them as MSB Agents or Cash in Cash Out (CICO) Merchant
To provide the required document checklist and collect the documents from the agents/merchants as per the checklist provided
To onboard the new prospect into Agent On-Boarding System namely AOB.
To upload all the collected documents including the site visit report.
To hand over all the documents to the processing officer/executive.
Upon approval or rejection of agent by Bank Negara or Ria’s internal processing team, call and notify an agent/merchant of approval.
To conduct visitation to the agent along with the agent support officer for the onboarding of the newly appointed agent/merchant.
To assist the agent support team for the commencement of the business.
To conduct a periodic visit to the agent to ensure the agent is getting regular support from the agent support officer.
To communicate and give feedback to the agent support on the issues and matters highlighted by agents.
To conduct a feasibility study on potential new branch locations for the agents.
To explore a new market for the set-up of the new agent’s location.
To undertake any other duties/responsibilities outside as deemed necessary.
To undertake other responsibilities or Jobs as required or as instructed by management
