Business Development Executive

We are looking for an industry-experienced seller with notable skills in solution design, building value statements, and identifying and winning new clients to join IBM Indonesia as Business Development Executive (BDE). You will own end-to-end sales and deals, and play a primary role in Identifying, Progressing and Qualifying Deals, working closely cross brands and business units.
Responsibilities:Brings industry competitive perspectives to clients to add value and influence their vision and roadmapIdentifies, develops and progresses significant Transformational and Open Hybrid Enterprise Cloud Platform deals using proactive market screening & strong contemporary skills in Cloud, AI and AnalyticsProposes disruptive ideas that capture clients’ attention and demonstrate industry expertiseAnticipates future industry needs and builds the ecosystems to support clients’ transformationTransitions qualified opportunities with a defined Win Plan to an Opportunity Owner for closure, remaining engaged as appropriateLeverages IBM Client Engineering to co-create solutions, demonstrate prototypes and close dealsRequired Professional and Technical Expertise:At least 15 years of experience in Sales or Business Development role in IT/Internet company at the Field/Market and Geo or Global levelAt least 5 years of experience in solution selling of Cloud Service providers and developing and scaling new routes to marketIndustry expertise in Conglomerates Sector.Proven track in Sales, Alliance Management, GTM strategy and execution, solution knowledge/differentiators, strong collaboration and teamwork, exec communications, and negotiations.#APACTECH_23
