Business Development Executive

Role title: Business Development / Outbound Business Advisor.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:30pm.

Salary: Competitive and uncapped commission scheme 

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Office Based: Level 22, Centrepoint North, Mid Valley City, 59200 , Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

 

We are expanding our Fuel team and are seeking talented and experienced individuals like you to be part of our value proposition for clients, complemented by our market differentiating, distribution strategy selling to over 400,000 existing Radius customers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our presence in the fleet management industry. You will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships with key decision-makers, and showcasing the benefits of our Fleet Card solutions to prospective clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our Fleet Management solutions.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and business growth.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to ensure our solutions remain competitive.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth after-sales support.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in field / outbound sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.Strong understanding of telematics products and fleet management solutions.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience using CRM software and managing sales pipelines.A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Full driving license is preferred.
